Shipping policy
Hekate's Realm is Not Responsible for your package once the item is shipped. Tracking options are available. We are under no obligations or responsibility once the item(s) have shipped.
For packages that are lost or stolen during transit, please be sure to contact your local USPS/Postal office to file a claim and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Hekate's Realm is Not Responsible for lost or stolen packages via transit. Your purchase is your written agreement.
Tracking Numbers
A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed after an order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Be sure to check Spam/Junk folders if necessary.
Processing Times
Time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Processing times are Not inclusive with shipping times. Processing times are the times it takes to have your item(s) crafted and ready for shipment.
Due to global carrier, shipping, and customs situations, all packages may experience extra delays that are out of our control. Please check with the carrier service for their availability and restrictions.
While most packages will arrive on time, and we strive to get your orders processed and shipped quickly, there will always be other circumstances that are out of our control that may cause shipping delays. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, weather, holidays, supplier stock issues, etc. Some orders with multiple items may also be shipped separately and arrive separately due to these same delays.
For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery date or time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company/carrier.

International Customers, Customs, & Import Fees
Hekate's Realm is Not currently shipping orders outside of the United States. However, we will make an exception for orders placed in Canada. Any orders from Canada will need to reach out to Hekate's Realm to get approval for these orders. Contact us at:

All International purchasers are responsible for any Import or Customs Fees that may apply. This includes VAT taxes/fees that may apply to some international countries. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
