Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) at support@hekatesrealm.com and we will be able to assist you. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
